Recording laws differ by place, and some require everyone's consent. PeaceLingo reminds you to tell people before you record; you are responsible for following the law where you are.
On your phone, if you choose to keep it. Our servers delete it as soon as the notes are written, and so does our speech-recognition provider. Transcripts are deleted after 30 days, or immediately when you delete a note.
